Keep the first copy for your files, give the middle copy to your customer, and enclose the back copy with the jewelry; if desired, keep this copy protected in a 4-mil clear plastic resealable bag (available separately) while the jewelry is in your store. The back copy is sturdy cardstock and features six gem-cut illustrations that allow you to mark any identifying characteristics of set gemstones.

Each ticket is a carbonless, three-part paper form, made using 30% post-consumer fiber; the package contains 500 tickets numbered 4501–5000.
